In a special report conducted by Train, a fitness magazine/website, Bobby Lashley revealed his workout routine.
“I view strength training not just as physical fitness, but a direct link to my fight conditioning. You have to train with the fight in mind. You can’t just randomly lift weights. Your strength training is conditioning–it can’t be separate. My trainer is very good at pushing my limits, allowing me to create more stop and go power. That’s what you need.”
Lashley follows a strict six-day workout routine.

Pull-ups | 100 total in sets of 5 |

Day 3 is a rest day for the ‘All Mighty’.

Lashley does yoga twice a week, and cardio on two mornings during the week.

How does he maintain his body in his 40s?
While it is amazing that Lashley is the WWE Champion, one can’t help but wonder how much longer can he perform. At 44, Lashley needs to work much harder to maintain his physique, while going through the regular wear and tear wrestlers suffer.
