Since this promotion, many superstars have debated over which match has been the greatest of all time. Needless to say, it has been a very interesting topic of discussion.

Unsurprisingly, The Undertaker features in many of these matches put into the debate. This can only be expected given his performances over three decades and all those memorable Wrestlemania moments.

His brother Kane has put another card in the mix. He claims that fans should consider the huge match in which he took on “The Phenom” at Wrestlemania 14.

Many of you may remember the immense work that went into this story and the amount of promotion done. Some may remember the match by the late Paul Bearer, who played a major role in making the match the spectacle it was.

For those of you who weren’t around back then, Kane returned that year as The Undertaker’s long-lost brother. He stood taller than Taker and wore a mask.

He claimed that The Undertaker was responsible for the death of their parents and the disfigurement of his face. This was why he wore the mask.

Kane and The Undertaker’s entrances were out of this world!

Paul Bearer, initially the man who stood by The Undertaker, dramatically switched sides to support Kane. Then began a series of conflicts that pitted the Undertaker against his brother.

Seeking vengeance, Kane met The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 14, looking to end him.

In case you watched the match, you’ll agree with me that there has never been a better entrance act than these two. Kane literally Tombstoned a famous Baseball player.

The Undertaker entered wearing a very ominous costume, and two columns of his druids, holding torches. Intimidation much!

The match itself was great and was definitely worth it. Undertaker took all the punches Kane had to throw, but Kane wasted his opportunities. This included passing on the chance of delivering a tombstone early in the match.

In the end, The Undertaker finished off Kane by delivering three tombstones! A salty Paul Bearer and Kane then proceeded to beat up a weary Taker and walk off.

The Phenom, damaged from the fight, still sat up iconically! He had successfully defended his streak which was just seven years old then.

Kane reminded us of a highly underrated match that brought back a lot of early Undertaker memories.
