In his illustrious 30+ years of WWE career, The Undertaker has done it all and seen it all. He went through fire and steel structures seamlessly and even was buried alive several times and has worked with an injury, too. The recent AE WWE Rivals gave a breakdown of the rivalry between The Undertaker and Mankind. When these two names come up, the 1998 Hell in a Cell is the major milestone to discuss.
Taker was the most frightened person when he threw Mankind off the top of the Cell in their monumental match. For The Phenom, time halted until Foley crashed onto the table. The Deadman breathed a sigh of relief when the man behind Dude Love started moving.
The Undertaker recalled what he said to himself after seeing Foley moving after the fall. The 2022 WWE Hall of Famer said, “And he started moving around and I’m like that’s the toughest son of a bi*ch right there that I’ve ever seen in my life”

Entering the match, The Undertaker was the Deadman. However, after the mega-bump happened, the world saw Taker standing on the top of the Cell, but deep down he turned into Mark Calaway mode, seeing Foley falling down and waiting until he moved. Some of them thought Foley might be dead.
Another example of why the man behind Cactus Jack is the “toughest son of a bi*ch” is explained by Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler. The wrestling legend said, “He landed through the table right at my feet and I’m looking down at him. He opens his eyes and he smiles.”

Mankind made The Undertaker question his “manhood”
Everyone knows Taker wasn’t a hundred percent entering the match. Therefore, it seems Foley had a responsibility to carry a few moves of The Phenom in the match. Surprisingly, the reverse happened and Mankind’s spots and bumps made the seven-time world champion question himself.
The Deadman recalls, “Every time I hit him, I’m saying Mick stay down, just stay down. I went into the match with a broken ankle. I’m questioning my manhood right like I ain’t saying anything sh*t about my ankle after this.”
