“There’s No Going Back” – WWE Legend Feels Vince McMahon Will Never Forgive Charlotte Flair

WWE veteran Dutch Mantell believes Vince McMahon will hold the vendetta against Charlotte.

At the 2021 WWE Draft, Becky Lynch got drafted to Monday Night Raw whereas, Charlotte Flair got drafted to Friday Night SmackDown. In the last week’s Friday Night SmackDown, the segment between Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair went heated.

Both were head to head to exchange their Women’s Titles for their respective brands. During the title exchange, Charlotte Flair went off the original plan. This lead to a heated backstage conflict between Becky and Charlotte. At the time of their title exchange, Charlotte had dropped the WWE Raw Women’s title when Becky headed to get it.

On the Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette, Charlotte mentioned her relationship with Becky. She stated how they both went to their own paths and ended up main eventing WrestleMania.

On the recent episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Smack Talk, Dutch Mantell spoke about the backstage conflict between Charlotte and Becky after SmackDown. Additionally, he also stated that Vince will never forget such mistakes probably for a lifetime.

He said, “Believe this Vince will not forget that. He will not forget and he’ll hold grudges to the end of time, till he dies. He’ll always hold that against Charlotte Flair because he has (in the past) gotten mad at guys. He got mad at Savage and it lasted for 20 years. When you cross him, there’s no going back most times, I would say.”

According to reports, Charlotte deviated from the original plan and dropped the title. Later, she claimed that this was a mistake, which led to a fierce backstage conflict between the two champions. To prevent more difficulties between the two, Flair was allegedly hauled out of the building before Lynch’s dark match, and the former walked out on McMahon, perhaps putting her on the wrong side.

Currently, Charlotte is the SmackDown Women’s Champion. In the recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown, she defeated Shotzi BlackHeart. Who will be Charlotte’s next challenger? Will she be able to hold on to her title for long? Tell us in the comments.
