“This Ain’t Normal” – Fans Bury Rhea Ripley’s Boyfriend, Accuse Him of Using Performance Enhancing Drugs

One thing that people love about Rhea Ripley is her physique and strength. She is well aware of it and often posts photos of her workout, biceps, and back on her Instagram. One person that is hanging around in those photos with Ripley is AEW’s Buddy Matthews. Formerly known as Buddy Murphy in WWE, the former Cruiserweight Champion is the real-life boyfriend of Judgement Day’s Mami.

But unlike her, people are pointing out the obvious changes in his physique. While Murphy was shredded during his tenure in WWE, his recent championship match in the indies has got people worried about his intake of a certain drug.

In WWE, performance-enhancing drugs are strictly prohibited. We have seen many legends lose their lives because of steroids like Eddie Guerrero. But in the indie scene, the producers don’t clearly mention restrictions on drugs. This is why people are jumping to the conclusion that Matthews might have used some to bulk up and become a heavyweight.

Real-life boyfriend of Rhea Ripley gets accused of PEDs

When Matthews recently won the MCW Championship, pics of his win started going viral for the wrong reason. One fan posted the buffed-up pic on Twitter and the mob got behind him. But some fans did call Matthews and Rhea Ripley the most bulked-up couple. But the majority were quick to point out the irregularity of his body.

This is not the first time that fans have accused a wrestler of taking PEDs, the biggest one being Brock Lesnar.

Fans have accused Ryback and Scott Steiner of using steroids and other PEDs as well.

This change isn’t after a long time as fans have been watching Buddy Matthews continuously in posts and live TV as well.

Maybe the drugs helped Matthews grow into a heavyweight, but we can’t say anything with any certainty until Buddy speaks out about it.

Brian Cage is another current AEW star who has been the target for using PEDs to look buffed in matches.

Among all the accusations, this fan is making the best jokes concerning Mami’s little boy.

While there are many accusing him of using PEDs, the only person who knows the truth is Matthews. But as we know, wrestlers don’t talk about it in the open as they don’t wish to jeopardize their careers.
