Regarded as one of the greatest ever to set foot inside the ring, ‘The Undertaker’ has been associated with WWE for nearly 30 years. Ever since he made his debut in 1990, he has been a tough opponent to fight with. From his debut, till his retirement in 2020, ‘The Undertaker’ has made and broken several records.

His experience and professionalism also earned him the title of ‘locker room leader’. He maintained an undefeated streak of 21 years at WrestleMania until he made Brock Lesnar go over and defeat him. In 2022, Vince McMahon inducted him into the WWE Hall of Fame 2022.

In an interview , The Undertaker discussed on the difference between boxing and pro wrestling.

He felt people consider boxing as a sport but not pro wrestling. To support this, even Landsberg claimed that, in a boxing match, a referee can stop a match if a fighter was hurt, but in WWE that does not happen; mainly because the crowd is more important.

The Phenom, who himself is a boxing fan, claimed, “I mean unless something happens where there’s absolutely no way that you can continue… If it was upto the refs. Then yeah, they would probably stop the match and get the guy out of there.”

The Undertaker further claimed that it is what separates WWE from others, and that the performers take pride in whatever they are doing inside the ring. When Landsberg asked how the stigma of people not considering pro wrestling as a sport felt to him, The Undertaker revealed it used to bother him.

However, he claimed that previously it used to eat him up and bother him, but currently it does not happen anymore because he understands what he is doing.
