The latest RAW episode had a power-packed main event match schedule for the night. It was a six-pack challenge between Sasha Banks, Naomi, Becky Lynch, Asuka, Doudrop, and Nikki A.S.H. The winner of the match would face Bianca Belair at Hell in a Cell for RAW Women’s Title.

Surprisingly, midway through the show, the six-pack challenge match was turned into a singles match between Becky Lynch and Asuka with the same stipulation. This was reportedly down because Sasha Banks and Naomi left RAW abruptly.

This was a surprise to everyone after they changed the scheduled match. It also disappointed some fans as they were rooting for Sasha Banks.

WWE issued a statement regarding Sasha Banks and Naomi walking out

WWE later issued a statement regarding the sudden leaving of the Women’s Tag Team Champions midway through the show. WWE shared the statement on his Twitter.

The statement says, “When Sasha Banks and Naomi arrived at the arena this afternoon, they were informed of their participation in the main event of tonight’s Monday Night Raw.

And even though they had eight hours to rehearse and construct their match, they claimed they were uncomfortable in the ring with two of their opponents – even though they’d had matches with those individuals in the past with no consequence.

It was a surprising move by Banks and Naomi. Even though some fans are calling this “A BOSS” move by the Women’s tag team champions, nobody saw this coming. According to Fightful.com, Naomi was scheduled to win the match tonight.

Wrestling fans go berserk after Banks and Naomi walks out midway on RAW

WWE acknowledges the walking away of Sasha Banks and Naomi on the LIVE show when RAW commentator said, “Sasha and Naomi unprofessionally left the arena,” on commentary.

Banks went to share a tweet after walking out of the show. Her tweet said, “Believe this time
That I’m taking it personal ⭐️”

Sasha Banks reportedly has unfollowed some of the WWE accounts on Twitter. While this may or may not be related to her walking out of Monday’s RAW. The Boss has unfollowed the handles of WWE, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, Bayley, Becky Lynch, The Usos, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns.
