Three Weeks After Devastating Quad Tear, Shane McMahon Defies Logic by Getting Back in the Gym With 6’3, 250-Pound NFL Beast

Shane McMahon is one of the most popular and known figures in the wrestling business. He is most vividly known for his on-screen role during the attitude era and the late 2010s. However, the McMahon family member left the wrestling promotion last year after producing one of the worst Royal Rumble in its history.
McMahon recently made his return to WWE at WrestleMania 39. However, his return came to a premature end as he tore his quad. Although McMahon recently shocked the world, when the WWE universe saw him doing the unthinkable.

McMahon recently took to his Instagram to share a photo of him working out. Despite suffering a quad tear, around three weeks at WrestleMania 39 during his surprise return against The Miz. McMahon made his return at The Grandest Stage of them all, only to suffer an injury and be sidelined.
However, he now defied all logical explanations, as he engaged in strenuous activities in the gym alongside NFL star Derrick Henry. Henry is a giant and weighs a massive 250 lbs. McMahon putting hours into the gym alongside Henry, shocked the world and also portrayed how tough he actually is.

Despite having a torn quad, McMahon lifted weights and performed lateral raises, hammer curls, dumbbell bench presses, crunches, and other shoulder workouts. It was relieving seeing McMahon come back from his injury stronger than ever. But does his father Vince McMahon and himself share the unlucky consequence of suffering a similar injury?

Shane McMahon returned at WrestleMania 39 after an absence of 14 months and tore off his quad during an impromptu match against The Miz. He would soon undergo surgery to repair the injury, and then come back stronger to hit the gym.

A few years ago, McMahon’s father, Vince McMahon, would tear both of his quads while modifying an unscripted finish between John Cena and Batista. McMahon had torn both of his quads while entering the ring. As he slid under the aprons, his legs smacked against them and tore the quad muscles.

While not the exact same injury, the father-son duo both underwent a massive quad tear but came back from it stronger than ever and sooner as well. It was quite shocking to see Shane McMahon working out, just weeks after the injury.
