Guerrero died at the young age of 38. Back in November 2005, his nephew Chavo Guerrero found him passed out with a toothbrush in hand in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The autopsy revealed Eddie died because of acute heart failure due to underlying atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
