Doctors always suggest not to indulge in self-treating habits as they can lead to dangerous repercussions. That’s what happened with the 54-year-old pro wrestler. In 1996, Dustin Rhodes suffered a knee injury. To cope with his pain, he started consuming some ‘Vicodins’ and ‘Opioids’. Back in those days, accessing a doctor’s medical help was less convenient. Therefore, he opted for self-treatment. Soon, taking pills turned into a habit. And because of his incompetence in withdrawing from his habit, he fell into the clutches of addiction.

However, it has been 15 years since he became clean. To mark the occasion, he shared a heartfelt message on his social media profile.
