AEW All-In 2023 just concluded with major praise from the fans and critics. The event was one of the largest wrestling events of all time, and arguably the largest outside America. With a crowd of over 80,000 fans, AEW just took their game to a different level. All-In was first started as an indie wrestling event by Cody Rhodes, and The Young Bucks.
And, the success of the first All-In became the stepping stone for the birth of AEW. Recently, the current 33-year-old AEW wrestler became public with his compliments and gratitude for Cody Rhodes, while brutally snubbing AEW owner Tony Khan.

Which current AEW wrestler showed his gratitude to Cody Rhodes, while brutally snubbing Tony Khan?
40-year-old AEW President Tony Khan is much like a friend to his employees than a boss. And, recently, 33-year-old Ricky Starks tweeted and thanked Cody Rhodes, and The Young Bucks for creating All-In, and turning it into a reality.

While Cody Rhodes joined WWE last year, he still maintains a good relationship with several of his former AEW co-workers. Although, Nick and Matt Jackson of The Young Bucks still remain EVPs of AEW. Starks would go out on X, and tweet, “Big thank you to @youngbucks @CodyRhodes for the creation All In. Changed the game and changed the world.”

Though Rhodes and The Young Bucks played a massive part in the first All-In, it was Tony Khan’s input and financial capabilities that helped AEW become what it is today. However, Starks would blatantly ignore this contribution and instead share a heartwarming praise for The American Nightmare.

How successful was Tony Khan’s AEW All-In 2023 at the Wembley Stadium in London?
The inaugural All-In PPV took place in 2018 and was an independent event. However, after AEW came to rise, they took over the PPV ‘All-In’ and produced its second show in London this year. The PPV became extremely successful and lodged an attendance of 81,035.
By July 28th, the event had sold over 70,400 tickets with a gate of $9 million. An extremely successful event, it hosted over 11 matches in total each one better than the other. Such was the craze and success of the event, that Tony Khan announced another AEW All-In in London for 2024.
If it wouldn’t have been for Rhodes and The Young Bucks in 2018, AEW probably would not have existed now as well.
