Tony Khan’s Online War With WWE Hall of Famer Continues as AEW Suffers Poor Ratings
Tony Khan doesn’t lack real-life foes. From fans to the pro wrestling industry veterans, a lot of people have criticized him for his decisions over time. However, the CEO of AEW finds himself facing Eric Bischoff more often than others. Their feud began when Khan took a shot at WCW and its management during the founding days of AEW.
Having worked in the promotion in the past, Bischoff took it personally, thus starting their rivalry. Now and then, the two personalities attack each other on social media. After some moments of silence, their feud picked off right where they left it.

Eric Bischoff used to co-host a podcast alongside Jon Alba called Strictly Business. The two faced an irreconcilable difference in their professional partnership, and Alba decided to take his leave from the show. He uploaded a message on ‘X’ to part ways respectfully. Under this post, Tony Khan commented, “Sunsetting this fraud of a business podcast before the next AEW media deal is a wise choice.”
Upon seeing this, Bischoff stayed silent until the AEW Dynamite on the same night. The weekly show secured poor attendance. The WWE legend took this opportunity to tweet, “A money mark with no talent other than spending daddy’s money, going all the way to Canada to draw less than 4k in one of the hottest pro wrestling markets in North America, talking about ‘wise choices’? Strap in. It’s going to be a fun day!”

In light of the current feud, Bischoff also announced a new show that he will be hosting called Wise Choices. In another tweet, the industry veteran revealed, after tagging Tony Khan, that this show will help the CEO to get out of his “55 straight week drought“.
Although Eric Bischoff has criticized Tony Khan for using his ‘daddy’s money’ before, there are still times when the businessman is praised for his decisions.

Tony Khan praised for ‘judiciously’ using wrestling legend
After a long hiatus, Sting returned to the pro wrestling industry when he joined AEW. Although some fans were worried about his legacy, Tony Khan seems to have handled it well. He paired the legend with a rising star. This tag team worked because of how ‘judiciously’ Tony Khan used the legend when booking him.
The Undertaker appreciated the way that Sting was booked. According to him, if the 65-year-old was used often, he would have been exposed among the younger wrestlers. Although Bischoff didn’t react to this, there is a probability that he might disagree with this view.
