Triple H took to social media to wish Shawn Michaels on his birthday. His wish was short, but rather humorous and heartwarming at the same time.
HHH wished HBK by hoping to make more memories and create more trouble! Even WWE wished Shawn Michaels by posting some of his best in-ring moments.
To many, many more years of creating (and causing trouble)!

Triple H and Shawn Michaels had a successful WWE run together
Back in the day when Hunter and Michaels were at the top of their game, they formed DX. Even to this day fans believe this was formed as a response to nWo, it became the faction which changed the face of WWE.
Shawn Michaels was the leader while Triple H and Chyna were the enforcers. Apart from them, the other member was Rick Rude. All four of them continued to feud with The Hart Foundation until Survivor Series 1997.

Survivor Series 1997 wins where the Montreal Screwjob happened which witnessed the departure of Bret Hart and shortly afterwards Rick Rude. Even though DX suffered a setback, the faction got back on its feet and inducted Mike Tyson as an honorary member.

However, at WrestleMania 14, HBK lost his title to Stone Cold Steve Austin. Following this defeat, he took a four year break from the company while addressing his injuries and healing himself. During this time, Triple H took over the leadership for DX.
HHH brought Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, and X-Pac to the faction. However, Triple H split from the faction and joined The Corporation while the other members continued to use the DX gimmick but weakened when Chyna left the company.

Finally, Shawn Michaels returned to the company. This time, Triple H and HBK did not become members or partners, they became rivals. The duo battled for the leadership of DX, and that led to the faction almost dissolving.
Regardless of how their in-ring feuds and partnership turned out, the Superstars continue to remain great friends outside the ring. Both of them are often seen working together for WWE. While Triple H is already an official, it’s unknown if HBK has an official backstage role or he’s working alongside Triple H on certain things.
