During an interview on Late Night Show, Conan O’Brien congratulated Johnson on having a baby three weeks before the day the interview. He asked Johnson whether he had a boy or a girl. ‘The Rock’ replied by saying, “Baby Girl”.

He then revealed how he reacted after seeing his daughter for the first time. He was really excited to see her, but when he did, her looks overwhelmed him. “Yeah! It’s just extremely exciting. Because it’s my first baby. The funny thing is at the hospital, as soon as the baby’s born, the baby comes out and the face is just completely…,” he said.
Normally when babies are born, their faces are all shriveled up from being in so much liquid inside their mother’s uterus, which was also the case with Simone. The wrestler-turned-actor added that the worst part of the whole situation came when the nurse in the delivery room made a comment about his daughter’s appearance.
The time when a nurse compared Johnson to his newborn baby
During the interview, Johnson revealed that the nurse compared his newborn baby’s face to his face when she was born. This made him go into shock for a couple of seconds as he hadn’t expected that he would be getting compared to the like of a newborn baby.

“Well, yeah! What makes it worse is the nurse’s looking, and she goes, ‘Oh my God! She looks just like you. Me? I said, ‘Really?’,” he added. It is obvious Johnson’s baby would look like him only, but the nurse caught him by surprise when she compared the newborn Simone’s shriveled-up face to her father’s.
‘The People’s Champion’ and O’Brien laughed at the hilarious incident as they proceeded to the next topic. Simone Johnson is 21 years old now and is currently a WWE superstar. She made her debut in NXT on October 2022 under the name Ava Raine. Walking in her footsteps, she has made her father and her Samoan family proud.
