Lita, eventually, made her WWE comeback on this week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown and the WWE Universe just lost their minds. Honestly, no one ever thought that the legendary female superstar would be back inside the squared circle.

However, the former WWE Women’s champion is not back for a few exhibition matches. Last night on SmackDown, Lita confessed that she has one ‘last run’ remaining in her career.

The fans were ecstatic after seeing Lita back in WWE

After Lita retired from pro-wrestling in 2006, fans remained curious about the former champion’s return. However, after making some sporadic appearances for Vince McMahon, Lita is back to give the fans what they were missing – a proper ending to her wrestling journey.

Seeing the superstar of the Attitude Era, the WWE Universe took to their Twitter handles and expressed their excitement.

One fan took a dig at Tony Khan’s AEW, saying that no one wants to see the WWE Hall of Famer in AEW.

One fan took to his Twitter and wrote that every female superstar from the Attitude Era was a ‘Needle Mover’.

What is next for the former champ in WWE?

The Hall of Famer made her comeback and was confronted by the reigning SmackDown Women’s champion. It looks like WWE is willing to push Lita to the main event picture as soon as possible.

At the Rumble, things will get interesting as both ‘The Queen’ and Lita will feature. The likes of Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, and The Bella Twins, will only add to the excitement around the match.

However, with WrestleMania coming, it looks like there will be a major showdown between the Hall of Famer and the reigning SmackDown Women’s champion.
