“He’d be fantastic. He is what we do. It’s a little less predictable. Our surprises are getting people to show up at random and weave the ‘choose your own adventure’ into a different alley. His surprises are getting a few teeth knocked out or getting an operation.”

“Not to say that this doesn’t happen with us, mistakes happen, but in his profession, it’s not a mistake. I hope (he makes an appearance) because I want to see it. At my core, I’m a fan. He’s interesting and have a gravity about him. I want to see him perform.” H/t Fightful

Currently, Conor McGregor works with UFC, and is recovering from a broken tibia following his bout against Daniel Poirier at UFC 264.

John Cena is currently not working with WWE

The last time Cena was in the company, he was in a massive feud with WWE’s top heel Roman Reigns. The company promoted the match as a classic biggest heel vs biggest babyface for SummerSlam 2021, and it got traction.

However, Cena could not emerge victorious against The Tribal Chief, but he tried extremely hard. Following his defeat, Cena took a break from the company. Even though he told his fans he’ll be back soon, there’s no update from him or WWE.
