Does Erick Rowan fit the bill?

If Erick Rowan soon returns to RAW with the Wyatt Sick6, he will be making his proper return to the promotion that he was once fired from. The wrestler worked for WWE from 2012 to 2020. In 2020, he earned his marching orders from the WWE as part of a budget cut because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, Rowan has competed as a free agent for several promotions on the independent circuit. He even wrestled twice for All Elite Wrestling.

Rowan is remembered by fans as one of the original members of The Wyatt Family. He enjoyed a storied past with the dreaded faction as they secured three tag team championships during their heyday. His last appearance on WWE programming took place on the episode of SmackDown in tribute to the late Bray Wyatt. He joined Braun Strowman in one of the most emotional moments of the night. As an independent wrestler, Rowan competed under the stage name “Erick Redbeard.” Now, finally, he is a part of the WWE and might mark his proper return on RAW.
