Chelsea Green can keep using her name as WWE plans on releasing the trademark

Reportedly, WWE contacted Chelsea Green on Sunday night to inform her that they were going to release the trademark on her name and she can use it elsewhere.

However, it was not as easy as it seems. As noted by Essentially Sports, Green was trying to get her trademark back from her previous employer; however, WWE did not budge and insisted to not release it.

Since her release, Green made her comeback in IMPACT Wrestling and worked several matches for the promotion.

She is also scheduled to be at NWA EmPowerrr main event on August 28. Furthermore, she is contributing in the commentary department for Ring of Honor this week as well.
