Vince McMahon is arguably one of the greatest minds in the business. He took over his father’s company and transformed it into an international giant from a regional company. Along his way, he created some of the greatest superstars in the wrestling business, who helped him transform his business.

Stars such as Hulk Hogan, The Ultimate Warrior, Andre the Giant, Shawn Michaels, The Rock, and John Cena are some of the few extremely popular names. These few names and others were crucial to McMahon’s success.

And for being successful, one must be extremely motivated, passionate, and determined. And fortunately, McMahon was every one of them. He was an extremely motivated and determined individual, which was clear from the fitness he maintained.

EssentiallySports recently met with Rob Kligman on our new ‘Essentially Rasslin’ podcast and discussed with him about Vince McMahon alongside other things. Kligman spoke about working out with Vince McMahon. Kligman then continued, “I think you have to look at motivation when you go into work and when you go into a gym or you’re doing anything. And Vince made you rise to your game. He made you get to the next level.”

The former VP in WWE continued, “Not only because he was always thinking two, and three and four steps down the road. But look at the man, he is in such great condition mentally and physically. And like we talked about influencers and aspiring to be like them.”

Kligman then produced some high words for McMahon. He said, “He is an influencer where you aspire to have the success and you know health obviously of somebody of that stature. So, what a great role model I was able to work with for eight years.” Kligman stayed with WWE for eight long years and was a part of several important decisions. Kligman asserted how it was great working with Vince McMahon, despite previous rumors of bad working conditions under McMahon.

Vince McMahon documentary reportedly to release next month

The former CEO of WWE retired from his position a few months back, after allegations of hush money rose against him. Though he was a major factor behind WWE’s success, he was an equally controversial figure.

Popular media house, Vice Media is currently in the works of producing a Vince McMahon documentary next month. According to PWInsider,“it has confirmed with multiple sources who were interviewed for the project”. The project will release in October and cover the situation which led to McMahon’s retirement.

However, an official confirmation has not come from Vice, and these are just based on reports and rumors.
