Vince McMahon Has Offered Adam Cole a Lucrative Million Dollar Deal to Stay in WWE

NXT Superstar Adam Cole was scheduled to be in a ‘high level’ meeting with WWE’s chairperson and CEO Vince McMahon this Friday. This meeting was regarding the contract of Mr. Bay Bay which is about to expire.

Adam Cole’s WWE contract expired last month after the NXT Great American Bash, where he laid waste on Kyle O’Reilly; however, he signed a short-term contract extension and the deal will now expire after the SummerSlam weekend.

When the news broke that Adam Cole’s contract is expiring this month, many other wrestling promotions made some lucrative to the NXT Triple Crown Champion. One such promotion was the rival company AEW, it was reported that Tony Khan made an offer to Mr. Bay Bay.

Vince McMahon took a “personal liking” to Adam Cole

With all the buzz going around Cole’s contract and future in WWE, Vince decided t shut them once and for all. As noted earlier by Essentially Sports, Mr. McMahon summoned Cole for a “high level” meeting regarding his contract expiration.

Cole was scheduled to show up in Vince McMahon’s office a few hours before SmackDown this week.

According to Fightful Select, many higher authorities at WWE claimed that the meeting between the two gentlemen went well and Adam Cole is staying with the biggest promotion in the wrestling business.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is also reporting that Vince McMahon has offered a million-dollar deal to Adam Cole to get to stay him at WWE. However, the wrestler has made no official comments on it.

Vince‘s million-dollar deal clearly shows how much he believes in Cole and his work inside the squared circle.

Clearly, this gesture shows Cole might show up on the main roster to lock horns with some big stars from Raw and SmackDown.

Obviously, nothing has been inked by Adam Cole. With all these rumors flying around, it will be interesting to see what’s next for him following SummerSlam.
