

Vince McMahon went from owning a wrestling promotion to being the CEO of the biggest wrestling company in the world. Since making WWE public, Vince McMahon had done business in WWE with sheer mind and market knowledge.
Vince purchased WWE from his father when pro-wrestling was in the territory era. The promoters used to do shows in their respected territories. Vince went out of the way and started doing shows in other territories. There were times he was in debt, but kept the company entertaining for the fans.

Recently, Vince McMahon appeared on The Pat McAfee Show, a public interview he did after a span of over 15 years. There he was, sharing his stories and some facts about him throughout the interview.
Pat McAfee asked Vince about his favorite moment till now in WWE. The CEO of WWE claimed, there are many moments till now that people think are the next big thing moment or the greatest moment.
Vince said, “I think WrestleMania 1 was important to me because I hocked everything I had.” “I didn’t have any money.”
Vince McMahon gave everything to create a spectacle event in the history of pro-wrestling. The fans still considered WrestleMania 1 the greatest event in the history of all WrestleMania’s. It was at the prestigious Madison Square Garden.
The Mania included celebrity guests such as the boxing legend Muhammad Ali as referee, baseball player/manager Billy Martin as a ring announcer, and musician-actor Liberace as a timekeeper.
The Main Event of the show was a tag team match between Hulk Hogan and Mr. T vs. Paul Orndorff and Roddy Piper. The show got a massive response from the fans and became a tradition for 35+ years and continues.
Vince McMahon on trying to break The Undertaker’s character
The Undertaker kept himself away from the public limelight outside WWE for many years. He preserved the character and didn’t break the flow even when he was in the American Badass gimmick.
The Phenom’s close friends have tried to break his character many times on live TV. Vince McMahon share one instance of the same. He tried to make Taker by making him do the Taker rooni similar to Spinarooni. It was an off-air segment, but yet Vince failed to break The Undertaker’s character.

Vince McMahon and The Undertaker have a very close friendship. Despite seeing several ups and downs in WWE for a long time, Taker always stayed by Vince’s side. Both indeed are close and respect each other very much.
