Vince McMahon has always taken risks for the betterment of WWE. The Chairman of WWE does not like being owned by anyone and, for the same reason, WWE has its own network, developmental territory, and even wrestling style. We also saw Vince protecting the assets of WWE previously.
The pro-wrestling industry saw a major change in the ’90s. Before that, pro-wrestling companies worked territory-wise in the United States. It was Vince McMahon who thought of making pro-wrestling a worldwide show and started doing shows in all the territories.

Recently on the Pat McAfee Show, Vince shared a story about Jim Ross when WWE was starting to get over. He recalled the meeting of Bill Watts and other NWA promotion bosses. There the bosses were discussing newly rising WWE and Vince McMahon, who was invading all the territories.
Vince McMahon had created a new world for pro-wresting. So, four of the prominent bosses went to the men’s room and discussed what to do with Vince. Jim Ross was in the stall when he heard the bosses talking about talking about Vince.
Vince said, “So imagine Jim Ross.” “He is not giving a sh*t about Vince McMahon. He is thinking about himself. Because think about it, he’s on the throne and it’s like he hear’s this and he’s like oh no I’m going to be an accessory to murder.”
He also added, “So he takes one foot and puts it on the seat and takes the other other, puts on the seat. So now they can’t see his feet below the stall and, of course, mother nature is calling at the same time.”
This was a funny story about Jim Ross, the CEO of WWE shared. Ross told this story to Vince after five years when he started working in WWE full time. Pro-wrestling was a risky business back then if someone invades another territory, but Vince took the risk and made WWE a huge business.
Vince McMahon has not seen his part in Young Rock series
Last year a new series Young Rock was released which showed the insights of the younger life of Dwayne The Rock Johnson. The series also shows how pro-wrestling was back then. Many actors have featured as pro-wrestling entities in the series like Vince McMahon, André the Giant, Rocky Johnson, etc.
Pat McAfee asked Vince about this show, about him seeing his younger self part in the Young Rock series. Vince said, “No.” “I’m a doubted, but no.”

Adam Ray played a good role in the series of Vince McMahon. Vince hasn’t seen the series yet, but he might, out of curiosity, see his part later and talk about it. Who knows, we might get a real vs. reel Vince McMahon face in WWE someday.
