Not only Brawn, but this young talent impressed Vince McMahon too. As per WrestlingNews, Vince was very much impressed by the NXT superstar and even considered him to be a future main eventer. There have also been reports comparing the NXT superstar with the WWE legend Edge.

Wagner recently made his NXT debut during NXT 2.0 on September 14, 2021; he took part in a Fatal Four-Way Match for the NXT Championship. He competed with LA Knight, Pete Dunne, and Tommaso Ciampa for the title, but despite his best efforts, he failed to win.
