Now, a WWE Source has revealed a rather interesting piece of news to Talksport. According to the source, it was Mr. Vince McMahon who had asked The Viper to make sure the ‘Limitless One’ came off as a star. This bit of instruction was given to him by Vince McMahon before the match.

Now, Randy Orton is one of those WWE Superstars who understands that to create the next generation of wrestlers, the current generation needs to help the company. As a result, Orton obliged to what was asked of him.

“Imagine how high Vince has to be on someone to have Randy Orton put them over clean as a whistle. Orton, doing the best work of his career, wants to help create that next generation of stars. He gets it.”

Furthermore, since Mr. McMahon wanted to push Keith Lee up the ranks, he reckoned the best opponent to do that was Randy Orton.

Now, coming to why Randy Orton agreed to this – he wants to contribute as much as he can in taking the company forward. In fact, reports state that he has started mentoring backstage as well.
