WATCH: 20-Year-Old Brock Lesnar Pull Off a Dangerous Aerial Move Seamlessly

‘The Beast’ Brock Lesnar is one of the most dominant wrestlers in WWE history. He is also the youngest WWE Superstar to hold the WWE Title. Lesnar achieved this feat at the age of 25.

During his early days in wrestling, Lesnar was a monster with good athleticism and an impressive physique. No one believed he was 20 years old when he grabbed the spotlight and made his way up in the wrestling industry. At a young age, Lesnar was an elite-level performer.

In the early 2000s, he even showed the world that he could perform acrobatic moves. One of them was the ‘Shooting Star Press’. He impressed certain people with it and decided to try it in one of his biggest matches yet. However, it almost killed him.

Botched: Brock Lesnar hits Shooting Star Press at WrestleMania 19

Brock Lesnar got an early push in WWE right from his debut. He received many opportunities to showcase his skills. At WrestleMania 19, Brock Lesnar competed in a match against Kurt Angle for the WWE Championship.

It was an intense battle, and both superstars fought fiercely as they looked to get the upper hand. As the regular moves didn’t seem enough, they tried unorthodox maneuvers.

‘The Next Big Thing’ tried to deliver the ‘Shooting Star Press’, but landed on his neck. For a while, fans thought he might not have survived the landing. However, he got up and delivered the F-5 to win. After the match, Lesnar was mad and refused a medical checkup.

Only after a lot of convincing from other superstars and management, he agreed to do so.

Lesnar never used the move after WrestleMania 19. Currently, Lesnar uses grappling moves and punches to attack his opponent. Given his NCAA and UFC experience, it fits with his character and he manages to bring a real feel to his fights.
