Ronda Rousey has returned to WWE and is looking to make an impact again. Rousey returned at The Royal Rumble 2022, to the surprise of all the fans. She ended up winning the women’s Royal Rumble match, and will now main event WrestleMania against long-time rival Charlotte Flair. Both WWE Superstars have taken shots at each other the past few weeks amidst their rivalry.
Rousey, since day one, was incredibly impressive in the WWE ring. Being a former UFC Champion, her transition into the sports entertainment world is phenomenal. Moreover, she picked up the minor details of the wrestling business incredibly quickly and wrestles almost like a veteran. But, even the greats miss the mark sometimes as both Rousey and Flair did while taping this week’s SmackDown.

The February 18th edition of SmackDown has already gotten taped. Rousey and Naomi were signing a contract for a tag team match at Elimination Chamber against Sonya Deville and Charlotte. There is an old saying that anything can happen on live TV, mistakes are common.
Ronda and Charlotte clearly botched the timing of their spot and the video of it has gone viral on social media. WWE is not new to this situation. They tape live shows many times and sometimes things go wrong, but because of magical camera angles and clever editing, they rectify the situation.

Unfortunately, they cannot fix what the fans in the arena see live and since most fans have smartphones, WWE rarely gets away with botches anymore.
The History Between Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair
Ronda Rousey relatively has had a brief career in WWE. She wrestled actively full time for a year from 2018 to 2019. Then Rousey left WWE after WrestleMania 35 to focus on her family and personal life. However, during her short stint, she dominated the WWE women’s division.
Her debut year in WWE is unparalleled, as she held the Raw Women’s Championship for the majority of her career. Rousey knocked down every wrestler that came in her path, but she cannot yet say that for The Queen.
