Dwayne Johnson found himself in deep waters following the wild tease of a Johnson vs Roman Reigns WrestleMania feud. However, the Johnson family’s luck turned from bad to worse as his daughter Ava Raine had to bear with some extreme vitriol, including receiving random death threats. However, the only relaxing thing is that being an object to her father’s wrestling controversy couldn’t overshadow her skills amongst the sensible wrestling fraternity. The NXT live event crowd going gaga with loud Ava Raine chants amidst an interview tells it all at the bottom.

Ava Raine continues to be the fan favorite despite the recent social media backlash

WWE’s first-ever fourth-generation star made her monumental debut in NXT in 2022 under the name Ava Raine and carved out a decent path for herself. Her dedication and talent quickly took her to the heights and she finally ended up taking over the charge of the NXT brand as the youngest-ever general manager in history a few days back. The first-ever live show under her guidance emerged as a major hit that very well proved her ability to excel in her newly gained responsibility.

Ava Raine stepped back from Twitter falling victim to the extreme online abuse

Social media trolls got the better of The Rock’s daughter as depicted in her frustrated response. While a lot of fans attacked her brutally regarding The Rock-Cody Rhodes controversy, the new NXT general manager herself came up in her defense. She urged fans to keep her out of that subject and reminded them that she runs a brand. While she didn’t specify what she referred to in that tweet, it was pretty evident.

Things turned more severe with Raine receiving death threats for her father’s deed. She had enough of it and hence decided to step away from the virtual; world more specifically from Twitter.

She ended up deleting her official Twitter handle.
