The 2024 Elimination Chamber was a treat for fans. While it was a big event for everyone, performing in front of Perth, Australia, was a huge deal for the current WWE Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley. The Aussie powerhouse defended her title against Nia Jax at the Premium Live Event in a spectacular match.

While fans are still talking about her performance, a clip started doing the rounds over the internet in which Ripley could be seen breaking her kayfabe in a heartwarming situation.

The feud, which has been going on for almost two weeks now, came to an end this Saturday in Perth as The Eradicator defeated Nia Jax and defended her title. In a backstage interview following her main-event fight, the 26-year-old star was asked about her experience performing in Australia. The champion was flooded with emotions as she tried to express her feelings.

After that, she was asked about how she felt about Becky Lynch winning the Elimination Chamber. While Ripley believes that everyone has performed exceptionally well, she wanted Lynch to win, as facing her was on her bucket list.

She stated that the last time they two collided was during Ripley’s time at NXT, and the match was interrupted by Shayna Baszler. Ripley stated that the WrestleMania 40 match will give her the closure she needs while ticking off a task from her bucket list.
