So, Reigns totally understands what is the importance of having good health. It looks like, his recent health issues with the virus made him break the character in a recent WWE house show.

Yes, the heel Roman Reigns broke his character at the house show and addressed the crowd and thanked everyone for coming in, and also pleaded that they should take care of themselves and their loved ones.

Roman Reigns addressed the WWE Universe
Since returning from Covid, Reigns is performing in such house shoes, and during the one in Glen Falls, New York, Reigns broke character as he addressed the crowd, and talked about how this pandemic affected and is still affecting the people.
In the end, the reigning WWE Universal champion told everyone to take care of themselves and thanked the WWE Universe for attending the show.

This is the reason why certain wrestlers have always preferred live house shows rather than TV shows. This is because, during the house shows, they do not have to abide by any script, unlike on the TV shows.
