WrestleMania Saturday ended with Bianca Belair’s historic championship win against Sasha Banks. Both women brought their A-game to the table, but Belair weathered the storm and picked up the victory. Everyone was glad to see Bianca win, including ‘The Boss’ herself.

Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair stole the show last night as they main evented Night 1 of WrestleMania 37. We could feel there is something special in the air even before the match could begin. Both women couldn’t control their excitement before the start, and even after it.

Sasha Banks shows the ultimate sportsman spirit

In one of the best pleasant surprises in WWE history, Bianca Belair defied the odds and defeated Sasha Banks. The victory also gave Bianca her first taste of championship gold in WWE. While the ‘EST‘ soaked in the moment with tears falling from her eyes, her opponent, Sasha Banks’ reaction made it even more special and emotional.

In a quick shot during Bianca Belair’s victory celebration, we can see the former champ, Sasha Banks, recomposing herself. What we can also see is Banks looking at Belair and smiling. This truly shows how much Banks was happy for Belair as she made history winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

The happiness on Sasha’s face also speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. This is her sixth straight loss at WrestleMania, and she could’ve asked Vince McMahon to reconsider the final outcome, but she didn’t and became the bigger person putting over a talent that deserves that championship.

Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair did not have a typical challenger and champion build-up. The two got together really well, even after Belair choosing Banks as her opponent. They even formed a Tag team, and that’s when their actual feud began.


In the little time to build for WrestleMania, Banks and Belair upped the ante big time and made fans get excited for their match on Saturday. To add to their glory, their match was only the second Women’s Main Event in WrestleMania history!

To sum it up, all we have to say is the ‘B-EST Era’ of the SmackDown Women’s Division has just begun! As far as Sasha Banks is concerned, she is one gem of a sportsman. Her candid reaction was enough to show the world why she’s known as ‘The Boss!’
