

The rivalry was taken out of the ring by Sheamus, setting up an elaborate car-crash on Elias and successfully framing Hardy for it.
Jeff Hardy paid him back with interest by throwing his urine into Sheamus’ face. The two clashed in a brutal matchup to settle their bad blood.
Things heated up rather quickly. It seems as if the two were waiting to get at each other’s throats after all the tricks and games. Jeff Hardy reminded us just how exciting it was to watch him. He was flying everywhere!

Sheamus had problems in his leg early on in the match, but that didn’t stop “The Celtic Warrior”. He targeted Hardy’s weak right knee and began dominating the match, manhandling Hardy at one point in the match.
After successfully triggering Hardy’s knee injury, he worked on the rest of his body, delivering two Back-breakers! He even delivered a vicious knee to Hardy’s face.
Hardy could barely even stand, let alone walk. He was at the mercy of “The Celtic Warrior” the entire match. His knee injury was proving to be his major weakness.
Hardy began working on Sheamus the same way, unwilling to back down. His knee took a toll on him and he wasn’t able to climb quickly enough to the top rope to deliver a Swanton Bomb to his opponent.

Sheamus used Hardy’s knee injury to his advantage
Hardy mustered whatever strength he had left in getting Sheamus down. He then quickly scrambled to the top rope to deliver a big Swanton Bomb to Sheamus! However, Sheamus managed to get his foot on the bottom rope, saving himself.
Hardy, now in momentum, seemed to be at the top of his game finally, but he got too careless.
Sheamus caught the high-flying Hardy with a mid-air Brogue Kick (as predicted) outside the ring! He then finished Hardy off with yet another Brogue Kick, eventually pinning him.

A lot of people were let down by the heroic Jeff Hardy, who just wanted another shot at redemption. He fought for everything he stood for. It goes without saying that he will want to face off against Sheamus once more, maybe at Summerslam.
