The Rock is all about his work ethic and focuses a lot on his health. However, he is famous for one more thing, his insane cheat meals. Yes, we’ve seen him eating piles of pancakes with a half jar full of maple syrup.

As reported, The Rock took to his social before 2022 began and revealed his secret to get psyched up for this year. He revealed that he likes to ‘jump-start’ from the Monday just after Christmas, which keeps him in motion for the new year to come.

However, this Sunday he shared his first cheat meal of this year. And, this time, there were no giant pizzas or french fries. Instead, it was the Rock French Toast, which is designed by the former WWE champion and his chef – Rocky.

The future WWE Hall of Famer took to his Instagram and released a video where he shared his first cheat meal of this year.

The Rock is seen eating four Rock French Toasts, which are four inches thick. He later revealed that there’s a secret recipe to it.

“And for those of you across the country who have EXPERIENCED our ROCK TOAST ~ THANK YOU for your incredible reactions and for those of you who will finally try it this year ~ get ready for THE WORLD’S MOST DELICIOUS FRENCH TOAST,” he wrote.

The insane diet of The Rock

The Rock eats lots of meals in a day, and this is to support his demanding workout regime. The former wrestler eats a whooping 5,000 calories to support his body.

For a man of his age, it is really amazing to see how ‘The Great One’ manages to do this.

The Rock eats 5–7 high-protein meals, with cod, chicken, steak, eggs, and protein powder with some brown rice for six days a week. However, he incorporated one cheat meal on Sundays to keep his body happy.

His diet and incredible workout regime are the reason why the former WWE champion has such a humongous physique and how he outworks everyone.

His workout regimes are so famous that multiple YouTube content creators often try to replicate his insane diet and workout routines.
