WATCH: WWE Production Crew Builds the Hell in a Cell Structure From Scratch

We are sure that you are eagerly waiting for the WWE Hell in a Cell match event to kick off. We don’t blame you if you’re a little impatient about the pay-per-view. After all, it is one of the most entertaining PPV of the year. But have you ever wondered how the infamous steel cage is made? Let us take a closer look.
The construction of the 20 ft (6.1 m) and five tonne steel cage is no joke. It takes dozens of workers and multiple hours of hard work. Not to mention the amount of money needs to be spent by WWE for it.

On Day 1, they start by constructing the roof of the cage first. After hours of work, the roof is suspended so that the first layer of the surrounding wall can be attached. Multiple workers get together to attach the heavy wall.
On Day 2, they start building and attaching the second layer of the wall; below the first one. This too takes hours of work and precision in order for it to be perfect. Finally, they attach the door of the cage to the entire structure, and voilà! The “Career Ender” is ready to take its next victims.
On paper, this sounds like an easy job, but in reality, it is a laborious and strenuous job. The manpower to construct such a humongous cage is no joke.

WWE Hell in a Cell 2021
Like every year, this year’s Hell in A Cell cards are jam-packed as well. The fans have high expectations from every wrestler to deliver a “match to remember” type of performance.

We have no doubt in our mind that the wrestlers will put their bodies on the line for glory. One of the matches we are looking forward to is the WWE Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns and Rey Mysterio.
