John Cena is not only an expert at breaking records inside the ring but also outside of it. The Guinness Book of World Records has recognized the 16-time world champion as the personality who has fulfilled the most wishes for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. It remains to be seen if anyone usurps his tally as he has recorded over 650 to his credit. This astounding figure represents more than twice the wishes fulfilled by anyone else who has worked with the foundation.
Cena recently appeared on a BBC One program to promote his new film, Argylle. While discussing a plethora of topics on the upcoming movie, the hosts decided to share a heartwarming letter from a fan whose wish the 46-year-old granted.

John Cena has garnered a reputation for being a gentle giant. The Cenation leader has shown an affinity to treat people with kindness especially kids (despite not wanting one himself). That is why when he appeared on the BBC One program, The One Show, to promote his new film with the director of the film Matthew Vaughn, hosts Alex and Ronan Keating couldn’t help but read out a letter written by Julie, the mother of a girl named Jess, whose wish Cena granted by meeting her at a Mak-a-wish event back in 2019. The letter read, “He was so lovely and made the children so happy. It is a memory that we as a family will always remember. Thank you, John.”

The emotion of the letter visibly took aback the 46-year-old. The WWE veteran couldn’t help but appreciate the kind gesture as he said, “I really appreciate you bringing that up; like I said, we put smiles on people’s faces.”
