Edge’s WrestleMania record till date is strong evidence that he can defeat Roman Reigns and become the new WWE Universal champion.

WrestleMania 2000

Edge participated in a Triangle Triple Threat match, where he teamed up with Christian and battled The Hardy Boyz and The Dudley Boyz.

The stipulation necessitated the winning team to capture the WWF titles suspended above the ring.

WrestleMania 21

The Rated-R Superstar participated in the very first Money in the Bank match. His opponents were Christian, Chris Jericho, Kane, Chris Benoit, and Shelton Benjamin.

WrestleMania 22: Hardcore Match

Edge faced Mick Foley in a brutal encounter at WrestleMania 22.

Mick Foley had covered himself with barbed wires and had his barbed wire bat ready. On the other hand, Lita arrived to distract Foley and give Edge an advantage.

If that wasn’t enough, The Rated-R Superstar tried to set Foley on fire by pouring lighter fluid on him. Even though Foley avoided it, both of them were left in a pool of their own blood when the match ended.

Finally, Edge and Foley went through a table lit on fire. However, Edge made it back in time and won the match.
