Becky Lynch started dating fellow WWE superstar, Seth Rollins, in January 2019. But the couple made their relationship official by announcing their engagement on 22nd August 2019. On June 30, 2020, Seth Rollins announced the news of their marriage on his Instagram.

Soon, the WWE congratulated the couple for the next chapter in their love life.

In the WWE 365 documentary, Rollins said, “I hit it off with Rebecca (Becky Lynch) towards the end of January (2019). The first time we kissed was Royal Rumble weekend, little known fact. That was interesting, because I’ve known her for such a long time, never really thought about the other one in that way.”

“So even when we started hanging out as more than just friends, it felt really nice, but was also like, ‘ah, maybe we shouldn’t do this.’ But after a couple weeks it was pretty obvious that there was no way we were gonna avoid it. And things started to turn from there,” he added.

When did Lynch return to WWE after giving birth to her daughter?

Becky Lynch returned at the SummerSlam PPV 2021. This came as an enormous surprise to the fans. But it was a pleasure to watch ‘The Man’ making her way back into the ring after such a long time. Lynch fought Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Champion.

Belair was in a dream run at that moment, and the WWE universe certainly expected a grand spectacle of wrestling between these two talented women. However, it was Becky Lynch who marked her dominance once again on that night.

Lynch pinned the E.S.T of WWE in just 26 seconds after delivering a Manhandle Slam to Belair. The move was quite similar to The Rock’s Rock Bottom. In an interview with the Out of Character Podcast, Lynch even admitted The Rock granted him the permission to use the move after she spoke to The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment prior to her return.
