Earlier, Charlotte used to accompany her father in WWE backstage. At a WWE segment between Ric Flair and Vince Russo, Charlotte made her appearance on the TV with her half-brother David.

She trained alongside her father, Ric Flair, in order to pursue a career in wrestling. Charlotte made her first televised appearance as a wrestler in NXT on July 13, 2012. She beat Bayley in her debut singles bout. Later, she was involved in a number of different feuds.
On May 29, 2014, Charlotte won the first WWE title of her career. She won the NXT Women’s Title after defeating Natalya in the finals of the 8-superstar tournament.
Charlotte’s main roster debut
In 2015, Charlotte made her main roster debut alongside Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks. Later, she defeated Nikki Bella to win her first championship on the main roster.
Charlotte’s WWE career took a huge jump as she won the Divas Championship. She became the face of the company and defended her title. Fans also appreciated Charlotte for her in-ring mic skills, wrestling, and attitude.
In 2016, Charlotte got drafted to the Raw brand, thus becoming the first Raw Women’s Champion.
