With the Royal Rumble PLE almost here, WWE has already started working on promoting the PLE that’ll follow the Rumble 2024, i.e., The Elimination Chamber. And the wrestling promotion has come up with a stellar plan to promote it in style.

The Elimination Chamber PLE is set to take place outside the US. The Stamfod-based promotion aims to please their fans in Perth, Australia. And who better to promote it than Aussie superstar Grayson Waller? Moreover, in lieu of the PLE, he might have teased a future feud. How? Let’s find out.

WWE aims to enthrall their Australian fans as they gear up to host the marquee PLE in the Optus Stadium. This will mark the return of the biggest promotion in the world to the continent after their Super Show-Down PPV in October 2018.

The promotions have begun, and Grayson Waller is finally back in his home country as he greeted his fans with a video on his Twitter account. Captioning the tweet, “The Sydney King is home,” he starts the video by saying how happy he is to return home after a tough few months before he gets video-bombed by none other than L.A Knight.

Knight steals the frame, leaving Waller quite annoyed and asking, “Who invited him?” The two have had confrontations in the past, with the latest one-on-one match between the two that ended with a win for Knight on the November 10, 2023 episode of Friday Night SmackDown.

With storylines yet to be built around the PPV, can we expect a matchup between Knight and Waller? It sure can be a good push for Waller, as he will surely rack up applause in his own country. But for now, Knight has to prepare for his other task at hand.

In this week’s episode of SmackDown, fans could witness Knight, Orton, and Styles in a discussion backstage. While it hasn’t been revealed to the audience yet, the three coming together to talk could mean that they might agree to team up as they have a common enemy, Roman Reigns. Considering the numbers advantage that Reigns possesses with the Bloodline, the three might decide to keep their differences aside so that they could defeat the Tribal Chief first. Thus leading to the most unlikely of team-ups.
