Vince knew Linda McMahon from a young age. Linda was born in New Bern, North Carolina, and her parents worked at a Marine Corps base. Vince and Linda’s mothers were friends and worked in the same place. Thus, Vince got to meet Linda when she was 13.

A few years later, Vince and Linda got married on August 25, 1966, after they have dated each other for a long time in high school.

In 1970, the couple gave birth to Shane McMahon. Four years later, they gave birth to their daughter, Stephanie McMahon. Both Stephanie McMahon and Shane McMahon have been part of WWE’s business. They even won Championships in WWE.

The road to success was not at all easy for the WWE chairman and Linda McMahon. Prior to joining his father’s company, WWF, Vince worked as a traveling salesman from 1968 to 1971. Linda McMahon also did the job of a receptionist at Covington & Burling, a corporate law firm.
