It seems slightly impossible for Cena to return at Extreme Rules 2021.

Currently, The Invisible Man has started working on his Hollywood projects that were on hold when he was working with WWE.

He returned at Money in the Bank and worked all dates until SummerSlam 2021. During this time, he put all his other projects on hold. Following SummerSlam 2021, he began working on them again.
