Nia Jax has returned to in-ring action after a hiatus of almost two years. She’s been hinting at her eventual return on the episode of RAW on September 11th. Rhea Ripley was facing Raquel Rodriguez in a title rematch when Jax interfered to assist Ripley.

However, The Irresistible Force was looking for more than just an intervention in the main event of RAW. After Rhea Ripley won the match, Jax made her intentions clear by viciously attacking Rhea Ripley.

Rhea Ripley might avenge Nia Jax at Fastlane in a title match

The Eradicator is the most dominant force on the RAW brand, as she proved on Payback by defeating the powerhouse Raquel Rodriguez. However, the following week brought a surprise for her as she was taken out by a returning Nia Jax. The Irresistible Force took out Raquel Rodriguez along with Ripley to make a dominant return to WWE.

Since Jax’s attack on 11th September, Rhea Ripley has been absent from regular TV shows. Dominik Mysterio came out on the September 18th show to address Mami’s absence. He informed them that Mami was hurt after Jax’s surprise attack but promised that she would return soon for revenge. Commentator Michael Cole later updated that Ripley had suffered from bruised ribs while Rodriguez suffered whiplash from Jax’s attack.

However, at Fastlane, Ripley might return to take on Jax for the WWE Women’s Championship. It will be a big match for Ripley as she has seldom faced a competitor with Jax’s physical presence. Jax also has a point to prove as her wrestling skills were called into question during her previous stint with the compnay.

Jax also has an old score to settle with Ripley when Ripley delivered a Rip-tide to Jax in 2021. While Ripley was absent from the regular TV show, Jax continued on her journey of destruction.

Nia Jax lays down mayhem in the absence of Rhea Ripley

On 18th September, she interfered during a Women’s tag-team match to attack Piper Niven, Shayna Baszler, Chelsea Green, and Zoey Stark. Interestingly, Shayna Baszler was once Jax’s tag-team partner before Jax was released. She threw Niven to the steel steps before delivering a Samoan drop to Stark. Jax then delivered a senton on Stark and then delivered a hip attack on the turn-buckle to Green. Then she delivered a clothesline to Baszler followed by a Vader bomb as the four superstars lay on the floor to add to the chaotic image.

On 25th September she destroyed upcoming talent Zoey Stark in what turned out to be a squash match. At the moment, she looks unstoppable and probably the only woman who can stop her is out of commission.
