During an appearance on the “Pod Save America” podcast, the King Richard actor talked about his political ambitions.

Smith claimed he might consider running for office in the future. He noted, “I think for now I’ll let that office get cleaned up a little bit. And then I’ll consider that at some point down the line. Some months ago, a poll showed that 46% of the Americans would support Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson running for President. Addressing the poll result, the former WWE Champion took to social media and opened up about running for the position of the President of the United States.

The Rock admitted he was humbled, and in awe after learning about the poll results. But he also noted that even though he deeply cares about his country, he is not a politician.
