WWE is always looking for young talent who aren’t afraid to jump, splash, and do things that seem impossible. Fortunately, some of these talents are working pop-up wrestling matches at various locations.
A recent video on social media shows PJ Hawx jumping from the first story in a mall complex right into the ring to take down his opponents. The man trains at Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling and has shown the world what the young talents in training are capable of.

WWE is always recruiting pro-wrestlers for the Performance Center
Even though the fans don’t see it, the company is always scouting for new talent. Therefore, the Performance Center is always seeing pro-wrestlers coming in to train for the wrestling ring.
Now, quite a few pro-wrestlers do not make it to the ring. Some of them get rejected from the Performance Center itself.

Unfortunately, whenever a pro-wrestler gets a WWE opportunity, they need to move places and make huge sacrifices. So, when they don’t get to move from the Performance Center to WWE NXT, it’s difficult to continue chasing the dream of being a pro-wrestler.
Additionally, WWE has never backed off from firing Superstars and terminating their contracts. Fresh names have had their contracts terminated after a couple of appearances.

Shane McMahon was released by WWE Chairman Vince McMahon.
In fact, the company has been under a negative light after terminating over eighty contracts in 2021. Keeping that in mind, it’s possible the young talents may want to work with a promotion that will give them the chance and work with them.
However, if someone who is trained by Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling comes around, the company could potentially give them more opportunities than others.
