WWE keeps coming up with new Premium Live Events to add more grit to its yearly calendar. It recently announced another iteration of the Clash at The Castle PLE on June 25th, 2024. The pro wrestling outfit teased fans with a poster of the event. But WWE didn’t reveal the location of the event.

This omission wasn’t missed by the WWE Universe, which started to wrack their brains to pinpoint the event’s host city. While fans were making great progress on their own, an NXT Superstar accidentally solved the puzzle for them prematurely. In fact, now the location, official poster, and featured WWE Superstars are out in the open for everyone to see.

WWE tweeted the Clash at The Castle teasing poster showcased a castle in the background, shrouded in blue color. The poster also carried the logo of a lion, which several fans determined would convey that the venue for 2024 would be Scotland. Their deduction skills proved to be right when NXT fame Alba Fyre’s tweet on X accidentally leaked the location.

The Wrestling Blog added a tweet on X and shared the screenshot of the now-deleted tweet by Fyre. The tweet carried the caption, “Alba Fyre accidentally leak the official poster of Clash at the Castle… yes the location is at Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿😉.” The poster revealed the PLE’s location in Glasgow.

The image also showcased WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre holding a two-handed sword. Along with him, images of Cody Rhodes, Bianca Belair, Jey Uso, and Jade Cargill were also present in the accidental leak.

Triple H and the WWE Creative Division were going to reveal the location of Clash at The Castle on April 2nd, 2024. But Alba Fyre made a mistake while promoting the event and shared the wrong image.

Like the inaugural iteration of WWE Clash at The Castle, Drew McIntyre seems to have the main event spot this time as well. He had almost dethroned Roman Reigns from the WWE Championship, but Solo Sikoa cost him the match in 2022. Since then, news of his WWE contract expiration has also made fans worry about his time in WWE.

Since the previous Clash at The Castle PLE, McIntyre had slowly started to turn heel and became The Scottish Opportunist from The Scottish Warrior. So far, there is no concrete information on whether McIntyre will stay or not.
