Many mainstream Hollywood actors have a keen interest in the pro-wrestling business. However, Home Alone actor Macaulay Culkin has been involved with the wrestling business literally since he was a kid.

Culkin is a fan who grew up watching wrestling. The Hollywood star has made several appearances for the WWE and is very close with WWE legend Paul Heyman.

Recently, Culkin revealed that the WWE executives once approached him to write for their program. The Home Alone actor recently appeared in an episode of Wrestling With Freddie‘, where he disclosed that he was working for a possible Bray Wyatt story.

Macaulay Culkin had a unique storyline for WWE

Back in 2019-20, former WWE Universal champion Bray Wyatt was the hottest commodity in the wrestling business. People from different demographics tuned into the WWE to see what ‘The Fiend’ will do next.

Wyatt’s character even caught the attention of the 90s sensation Culkin, and he started to write for it. Speaking with Freddie, the actor revealed that the WWE approached him once for “consultation” about him writing a possible storyline.

“I came up with some really great Bray Wyatt story angles alone in my room in Paris. They [WWE] called me up for a consultation kind of stuff,” he confessed.

This should not surprise fans because Culkin has grown up watching wrestling and has attended numerous wrestling shows throughout his life.

Since his childhood, Culkin has kept wrestling close to his heart, never forgetting how the industry giants changed the game in the 90s.

What if Culkin started writing for WWE?

The actor has gone on record and confessed multiple times that he is a fan of doing comedy routines in wrestling. Culkin once appeared for a wrestling show wearing the iconic Roddy Piper’s ‘Hotrod’ shirt with bunny ears on his head.

However, he also admitted that the company these days is producing the same content night after night. Even though the company fired a plethora of superstars in the last couple of years, the quality of matches has not improved.

He admitted this repetitive pattern is something that compels even hardcore fans to change their channels. Maybe, if WWE hires Culkin at some point in the future, the WWE Universe might see a wave of change in the product. What’s your take on it?
