WWE Hell in a Cell is upcoming. With only a couple of days left for the event, the WWE Universe and critics are coming up with predictions and rumours for the PPV.
The most obvious predictions are about the titles. Three major titles will be kept on the line at Hell in a Cell.

Rhea Ripley defends the Raw Women’s Championship against Charlotte Flair.
Bianca Belair defends the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Bayley.
The question is: will there be any title changes at Hell in a Cell? As per rumours, no. WWE has not planned for any of the titles to change hands at Hell in a Cell. It’s possible, the company wants to continue some of the feuds until the next PPV.
However, if there is no title change for the WWE Championship, Drew McIntyre cannot go after the title as per the stipulation. Hence, Lashley should move on to another opponent following Hell in a Cell.
Coming to Roman Reigns, he will defend the Universal Championship against Rey Mysterio on SmackDown: 18th June, 2021. Now, there are no title changes rumoured for this match either since WWE is reportedly building a huge match between John Cena and Roman Reigns at SummerSlam 2021.

Other events that could happen at WWE Hell in a Cell
It’s been rumoured that Cesaro is due for a return. Therefore, Hell in a Cell could be a good PPV for him to return. He could return when Rollins is cutting a segment, and brutally attack him inside the steel cage. This could be the perfect revenge for the way Rollins attacked Cesaro following The Swiss Cyborg’s defeat at WrestleMania Backlash.
Next, if Rey Mysterio is not taking part in the singles match at Hell in a Cell, he could be in a tag team match against The Usos.
