

Early on in his pro-wrestling career, WWE legend Kurt Angle would come to the ring while wearing a gold medal. Angle had won the medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in freestyle wrestling. Not a lot of wrestlers could boast of such a prize and the 54-year-old would use it to show off his achievements.
Now, he has another gift that he can flaunt and make others jealous. The expensive item was gifted to the legendary wrestler by famous rapper Snoop Dogg.

Kurt Angle shows off his ‘Bling Bling’
The WWE Hall of Famer was speaking on The Kurt Angle Show podcast, when a topic about Snoop Dogg was raised. Angle didn’t waste this opportunity to flaunt the pricey gift he has received from the Dogg Father.
“This is what I got from Snoop,” he told his flabbergasted co-host. “Bling, bling,” Angle added. The co-host mentioned that the 4x WWE Champion had received a necklace, a chain and a locket shaped like the letter T.
“Oh God, has to be 2 pounds,” the WWE legend added. The cost of a 2 pound gold is approximately $50,000. This is another piece of shiny metal that Kurt Angle can proudly wear.
In case you’re wondering what Snoop Dogg is doing with a pro-wrestling legend, he is no stranger to either the WWE or Kurt Angle. In fact, the 51-year-old rapper is a fellow WWE Hall of Famer. While Kurt Angle was inducted in 2017, Snoop Dogg was elevated to the higher echelon a year prior.
Though the Dogg Father was inducted into the Celebrity Wing of the WWE Hall of Fame, he showed why he could be just a good mainstream.

The rapper was a surprise entrant at this year’s WrestleMania. Snoop appeared on both the days at the SoFi Stadium.
His opening gig was as a chaperon to Rey Mysterio. The rapper drove the Hall of Famer to the arena for his match against Dominik Mysterio. Later, the Gin and Juice rapper commissioned a match between NFL punter Pat McAfee and The Miz on spot, to give fans a fun segment.

On Day two, Snoop commissioned another match between ‘Mania returnee Shane McMahon and The Miz. Unfortunately, Shane-O-Mac injured himself and couldn’t finish the match. But without breaking a sweat, the Dogg Father improvised and carried on from where McMahon left.

He even imitated Dwayne Johnson as he dropped the People’s Elbow on The Miz, before picking up the victory. While many seasoned wrestlers would have stood scratching their head, especially after the unforeseen incident, Snoop Dogg showed why he’s a born entertainer and a worthy WWE Hall of Fame inductee.
