WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart has contributed majorly to the wrestling industry. Not only when he was working with WWE, but also WCW. However, it’s been years since he stepped inside the squared circle. Of course, the fans want to know if he will ever come back to WWE or work with Vince McMahon in another capacity.
During a fan Q&A session, The Hitman revealed that he could come back to the ring for one last match, but it will be a high-profile match. He wants to bring Donald Trump and Vince McMahon back in the ring for this one!
“I mean if there was something where it’s like I could wrestle Donald Trump at WrestleMania. And, Vince McMahon was gonna referee it or something.”

However, he won’t work with WWE as a manager or commentator because of his legacy as a wrestler.
“As far as managers and all that kind of stuff, I don’t – Bret Hart was a wrestler, not a manager and I don’t wanna be remembered as a manager and so I would never do it.” Via Bret Hart Fan Q&A Highlights

Will Vince McMahon want Bret Hart back in WWE?
The Big Man and The Hitman have a complicated past. Their relationship turned extremely sour after the Montreal Screwjob. Since then, McMahon reached out and started mending their relationship. Even though they seem to be on good terms now, the pain of the Montreal Screwjob can fade but never completely heal.

Keeping that in mind, while The Big Man maybe on good terms with him outside WWE. But, there’s a minimal chance of him bringing in anything controversial from the past at the present moment.

Bret Hart named Edge and Bryan Danielson as dream opponents
During the same Q&A session, Hart revealed that he would have liked to work with the likes of CM Punk, Kurt Angle, and some others.

However, he revealed that a match against Edge and Bryan Danielson would have been amazing. While this may not ever happen, it’s interesting to know that Bret Hart considers Edge and Danielson above most names working actively in the pro-wrestling industry.
