Logan Paul recently claimed one of his biggest career victories at WWE Crown Jewel 2023 and earned his first championship belt. While the new WWE United States Champion has a good foothold in the company, he still has a long way to go. Quite unexpectedly, an ex-WWE star recently became The Maverick’s unofficial mentor.

Bill Goldberg was a force to behold in WWE as well as the world of pro wrestling. The WWE Hall of Famer known for his powerful exploits recently extended a word of caution and advice for Logan Paul. Speaking in a podcast episode, Goldberg pointed out what is bringing Paul down and not allowing him to shine.

Goldberg recently made an appearance in True Geordie’s podcast where he recently gave some hard advice and a strict warning for Logan Paul. He said, “Um, try not to spread yourself too thin. I know he’s got a bunch of sh** going on, you know, his Prime drink and wrestling. I don’t know if he’s still fighting or not.” The former WWE superstar initially went hard on Paul.

But later softened his words and noted, “But he seems to be all over the place and that’s really good as long as he has a great management team. But just, you know, try to focus on one or two things and do the best you can at those one or two things.”

While he already offered some great advice to Logan Paul, Goldberg went out of his way and reached out with some heartfelt words as well.

He said, “Logan if you love wrestling, focus on it, make it your first love and make it your first priority, and do what you got to do to become world champion.” It seems Goldberg wants Logan Paul to focus on wrestling if he loves it and then aim to become a world champion in WWE one day.

Interestingly, Goldberg isn’t the only wrestler who has been rooting for Logan Paul. In fact, The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes also praised Paul and gave him an amazing title.

Cody Rhodes recently gave a really big compliment to Logan Paul while speaking in the Gabby AF Podcast. Recognising Paul for his true talent, Rhodes said, “There are some what I call ‘pretend wrestlers’ in all companies all across the world and I think he probably irritates them the most because brother is an absolutely stellar professional wrestler, absolutely stellar.

He also went on and said, “And he had the greatest rookie year of all time.” This comes as a major shot at those who still think of Paul as a famous YouTuber and don’t see him as a wrestler.

Interestingly, both Rhodes and Goldberg are stars who have wrestled across the globe. Compliments of this level from not one but two accomplished veterans definitely say a lot about the skill Logan Paul carries.
