Over the years, several WWE stars have come under the limelight for several reasons. Sometimes, they made the headlines for their in-ring achievements and sometimes because of some behind-the-scenes incidents. One such behind-the-scenes incident that had put the WWE stars in the limelight in the past is the Plane Ride from Hell episode of Dark Side of the Ring on Vice TV.

As per a report from SEScoops, Dark Side of the Ring is currently on hold after three seasons. It produced great ratings for the network. But the show also generated some controversy or negativity, mainly following the Plane Ride From Hell episode that included stories from the infamous plan ride in 2002 involving top WWE stars.

As per the reports, several individuals passed on doing on-camera work when they were contacted during the planning stages of the fourth season of the Dark Side of the Ring. However, Vice TV will continue to have pro wrestling programming in a new show.
